The TetraPro Algae is a vegetable premium feed in crisp form for all ornamental fish in the freshwater aquarium and in various containers.
Tetra currently offers five different feeds in crisp form, on the one hand TetraMin Pro, as well as premium feeds TetraPro Energy, TetraPro Color, TetraProAlgae and the TetraPro menu. The multi-crisps of the premium range, manufactured using the low-temperature gentle process, are a staple food for all ornamental fish. The optimal protein-fat ratio for the fish enables a targeted supply with all essential nutrients and with an increase in high-quality fats, special carotenoids or concentrated spirulina algae. Thanks to the inner concentrate core, the fish get a nutrient-rich staple food and an important bonus with every bite! Four arguments convince every aquarist of feeding ornamental fish with ProCrisps: Since the feed is very tasty, it has a very high feed acceptance. The optimised protein-fat ratio ensures better nutrient use, which means that the fish grow better, are more active and more resistant. Thanks to the low-temperature gentle process, the crisps contain a particularly high nutritional value. The ingredients for the feed are heated at approx. 75 ° C, whereas the ingredients in the flake feed are processed at temperatures around approx. 130 ° C. This means that essential fatty acids and temperature-sensitive vitamins are better preserved, which contributes significantly to the growth and health of fish. The patented multi-crisp manufacturing process enables targeted feeding with the best premium food to support the rich colours and herbivorous fish. The food can occasionally be treated with treats such as the Tetra FreshDelica varieties.
Feeding recommendation
TetraPro Algae should be fed 2-3 times a day in as small portions as the fish can eat in a few minutes. The best-before date on the packaging indicates the point in time until which the feed remains intact when sealed and properly stored. To add variety to your fish's menu, it is advisable to feed Tetra FreshDelica 2-3 times a week.
